Construction project – connection to AspeEsticon modules

Internal and external communication is transferred to a shared platform from the very first stages of project preparation. All documents are uploaded through an intuitive interface. The system enables approval processes, such as confirming receipt or rejecting a submission with a reason and returning it for revision. Modern approval with a simple “OK” button is available; after user verification, a digital audit trail is preserved. Alternatively, documents can be signed using a qualified certificate. A commenting procedure can also be used as a subprocess of approval, specifically for consolidated investor comments on submitted project documentation, their subsequent discussion and incorporation into the next version. During the construction phase, the system can import drawdowns, variation orders and schedules in XC4|XC4B format, transferring data from the contractor’s CDE via API.
