Payment terms and cancellation policy

Training

The invoice for the training will be issued only after the training has been completed, based on the confirmed attendance sheet. If you are unable to attend the selected training, please notify us in a timely manner. Your spot will then be made available to another participant, and you will avoid a cancellation fee. Information regarding changes to orders or cancellations must be sent in writing via email to: skoleni@aspe.cz.

If you cancel your participation, a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the time remaining until the start of the training:

Cancellations made 6 or more business days before the training date are free of charge. (If you have already paid, the full amount will be refunded.)

For cancellations made 3–5 business days before the training date, we charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the course price.

For cancellations made 0–2 business days before the training date or in case of no-show, we charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the course price.

The cancellation fee will be charged to the Client even if the course fee has not yet been paid. Therefore, please designate a replacement participant in a timely manner if you wish to avoid forfeiting the participation fee.

Cancellation of the Training by the Provider

In the event that we cancel the course, the Client will be offered the option to transfer the course fee to another selected course, or the course fee will be refunded to the Client in full. The Provider will not reimburse the Client for any additional costs associated with the cancellation of accommodations or travel expenses.
